Considering that i havent updated for 4 mths (since national day), i dont think i'll ever update, except for really occassional rants once in a super blue blue moon. As secondary 3 life is far from a bed of roses and I'll willingly give up this blog just to stay on the same page as my highly-intelligent classmates.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE! Im at grandma's listening to all the male cousins squeal over some extremely dumb computer game. Ashley's whole family is back, for good!  Today's a belated celebration for amos and an advanced one for ashley, siblings man. The cake is a Singapore flag, the red part with 7 candles for amos and the white part with 3 candles for ashley dear :) Uncle KH went : 1,2,3 Marikita ratyat singapurasa.... Joker lah. Pictures another day The national day parade was OKAY lah, but the Beijing Olympic Opening Ceremony was obviously better co-ordinated. There was a warrior in the national day parade that didnt even know what he was doing lah, just blindly following his also blind friend. Talk about the blind leading the blind. So let me tell you all that i have been doing for the past few days, while my fellow sports people have been enjoying nature. Listening to it, it sounded pretty fun. Wednesday: School, as usual, Mr Imran's Famous line : A chance lost, is a chance lost forever :D how inspirational. Stayed back for class deco, kudos to you Joan! Colleen, Swee En and Charissa were like singers who just couldn't stop singing, from paramore to Majulah Singapura. Thursday: Home Econs presentation, listened to Gwee talk and talk and talk, cabb-ed with Yong home listened to her wonderfully funny jokes. Friday: No School, No Connect thing, No Onions thrown at (Dorothy's experience). Mount alvernia for Check-up. Now wearing an ankle brace thats allows me to put a teeny tiny bit of pressure. Visited by Ben and Bene, crooned over Ben's Mini laptop, super cool lah. Today: Breakfast at The other Grandma's, Piano and then a full 5 hours of olympics. The gymnastics are like FLEXI TO THE MAX ( quoting esther). Pretty boring huh? But i promise it'll be better after my foot recovers :D

 So i cant go for sports trip, but i still get the T-shirt. Hah, eat your heart out.Have fun all of you sports-trippers. Dont get bitten by the box jellyfishes okay, have fun, roll in the mud, get dirty. And remember me okay. Anyway today, i didnt go to school, my arms and pits were super sore, i could hardly walk, even with the crutches. Today was rather boring, so nothing much to say. Just enjoy and bring me pictures :D

If you hadn't already heard, i fractured my foot bone during pesta. Some Calcaneus, Navicular shit. SO im on crutches. hurts like crazy, i'll sweat, get sore pits, and worse of all, i cant move around much. It Sucks. And i Cant go for sports trip. Im super sad lah, i wanna go badly, everyones gonna have fun, while i sit here, cheering our school on for our national connect thing, If i'm ever gonna come. I think i'll just get an MC. Even with my injured foot, homework and stuff still piles, not that i expect it not too, but my chinese short story flopped already. I cant stnand my lack of knowledge towards chinese, i'll always get a mental block when i come to it. So it was RBS Coutts's Family Day. We went there like super early, and despite the rumours of Siloso Beach being a deadly one, we had fun. We watched the staff battle it all out in different sports (Human Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, Captain's Ball and lastly Telematch). We amused ourselves with the massage thing and the Fish Spa which i readily refused. I just cannot stand the sight of small little, partially trasparent slimy creatures nibbling at my hand.
 We also watched the younger ones have fun in the foam pool which looked extremely tempting lah.

I have no idea where it came from, but yah. I feel great. Just this morning, i saw a precious Bee die and i had nothing to do with it.

My deepest apologies dear ones :) I'll try to keep my promise of updating often. Dont blame me lah, hectic schedule and all that. Biggest events of the week(that happened): 1) Indian Dance, Flopped. All our hardwork, its okay Jasmine 2)Movie with fellow netballers.The Dark Knight. Joker's performance was damn good. Enjoyed thoroughly!  Pardon the puny picture.HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADDIE! You're 14! Like Me! Thanks For always taking the intiative and keeping us in check. May you continue loving red the way WE LOVE YOU! Watched Narnia: Prince Caspian with cousins. Peter and Edmund are babes. And its doesn't help that they've grown like so much taller. I still think its such a pity that in the Last book Susan didnt get to go to the New Narnia. Okay, Back to the show. When they played 'The Call' which was so apt, I cried, seriously. It was so sad. I just love that song. I think Caspian's looks were a little spoilt by his accent. I mean's accents are cool and all that, but just not his, it didnt really go wiht his face, but he was still cute. Ah, Good night. Heres a phrase to remember: There is NO inflation with GOD.

Before i tell you about my trips. I MUST tell you about the SLC camp. The counsellors were facils and organisers and game masters! and others... We game masters came up with a flag. Tada!  My legs leh! Fine, partially. See my muscles! Hilary traced them. Haha! Mine was 'ablity to teleport'. You cant see Charlene's Cause hers is the ability to shrink. Cool right? Check out our Dragon Tatto by Rachel.  Haha, i had her draw one on my hand. We had a cheer too: Abilgail (in her cool pose)-Is that a bird? Denise( in HER cool pose)- Is that a plane? Both-NO... All- Its underwear! Underwear, Underwear Fly Fly Fly! Underwear,Underwear In the sky Underwear, Underwear Say Goodbye :) There were actions too! We played NIU NAI alot. It was fun! Haha okay, trips now. the Kota Tinggi trip was only 2 days 1 night. With Auntie Nicole's Family. At the Kota Tingi Rainforest resort. Yup, the very same one as the sports trip. Pictures not in yet. Another time. So Genting first. We took a coach up. First Day: Exploring, Shopping, Eating Second day: Out door themepark, Shopping Third Day: KUNGFU PANDA! It was boring for me, cause you'll know i dont like scary rides. My Flying Dragon was closed :(. It's the only roller coaster i dare to take. Dorothy and Darren went on really freaky rides. Like Flying Coaster, Cyclone, spinner, corkscrew was a possibility but it was raining. Ah. im tired.  That's what you get when you have a gatsby-ad loving brother OBSCENE! looks like someone's gatsby-crazy I was the only one who didnt go. Hello, it said 'PIRATE'... scary sounds, freaky stuff, YUP!  Merry-Go-Rounded with Josh and my parents, while the Brave ones were off doing their thing  Viking, again a ride i willingly missed. It goes up AND down.  I was grumpy, after all, the helmet stank! But it was fun. GO KART!  Shanghai-Tang  I cant help but think, couldn't Oscar stick his sword somewhere else? Im really tired, so heres just 2 videos of the Merry-Go-Round. I'm too embarassed by the rest of the pictures and videos. Perhaps another day. And dont mind the repeated videos. There are 2 different ones I was super bored on the horse. Ah Well, at least someone was having fun. I had no idea my mum was filming. I was just trying to out-boast Josh that my horse was a unicorn and that it could fly and the wind was too tempting. Talk about childishness. And dont ask me what Josh was doing with his butt. According to him, He doesn't know either. But to me, i think he was just trying to be funny. I mean who doesn't want attention. I've gotta finish this fast, not much time left, so see you'll.

 So i see this has become a weekly, or maybe monthly thing for me. Anyway i've been sick with everything lah! My Fever never ceased and kept wavering between 39.5 and 40. Dots say she thinks i burned my brain then cause i was acting stupid. But it was cause i was BORED! i mean who wants to lie down all day, watching people walk around freely patting you once in a while to say 'Rest Well'. Ah it sucks. My throat was freakin phlegmy and you'll know how i hate spitting it out and i still havnt yet. Then came the stupid flu, which gave me a blocked nose. Anyway i think its due to my day at SELENA'S on Thursday. MAN we had one hell of a time! We swam, read, movie-d,ate, had fun. And of course we ate keropok( which i ate ALOT as in ALOT) which then lead to my current state. Then on Friday was jubilate. The sickness thing kicked in in the morning, so no way was i going to training with a heavy head. Me and Selena then prepared for jubilate. We bought dresses ( Jas they'll said they would be wearing), infact similar apart from their colour. We looked like unidentical twins that night lah :D. The concert was fine, last year's was better. But the LD drama was amazing and utterly hilarious. I Loved it thoroughly. Accidentally broke the rose Addie gave me :( Went home with Selena and of course the usual 'Call Me When You Get Home'. Then Saturday i walked around the house like a living corpse, How, i dont know. Thats about it. Hows something eventful suppose to happen when you're quaratined at home, living off nothing but Medicine, Fluid and more Medicine.

Hello, I'm Daphne. Im 14 this year. It's a pretty contradicting age. Some of us are like angels, academic darlings,whatever you believe we are. Some of us are like ruined, or so you say. We're the unmanageable ones, the ones classifed as typical-teenagers (DUH), wash-ed up, yeah, whatever. For me, i think its called the teenage angst. I dont see how people survive without sarcasm, or shopping for that matter. And how do they survive with chinese anyways. I mean, whats wrong with english, at least its understandable. I study in SNGS. A perfectly BITCHY, but UNITED(when we're against anyone but ourselves) school. I'm a netballer, which in my opinion, is the LOVELIEST thing ever. I mean theres this aura? of coolness and hotness around the SNGS netballers, especially the now B'DIV ones. I adore my family, sorry, i mean my family's diversity and way of doing things. My sister is my best friend, when we dont quarrel. She knows all my secrets, even though she doesn't always keep them. Talk about trust. We argue over the smallest of things. E.g.Whos Better? How much an average person can survive on? Whos better, Mum or Dad? Cca hotness? Guys? Clothes? You name it, we've done it, and even got a free T-shirt :). So I'm a pretty complicated person and i wont say its good!
